The Soil Testing Program has been suspended. We have available at the office the Soil Doctor kits which are free of charge. You can take your own sample and send it in to the lab for testing. The cost and directions are included in the kit. You can also refer the University of Illinois Extension list of soil testing laboratories.
Methods of Payment: If you will be purchasing a rain barrel at the office, only cash or check payments are accepted. The District is unable to process credit or debit cards at the office.
The Soil and Water Conservation District Board meeting is held every second Thursday of the month at 3 pm at the District office. All meetings are open to the public. Please call prior to attending in the event of a date or time change. Click here to read board minutes from previous meetings
District Hours of Operation Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Closed Saturday and Sundays Due to our limited staff, please call ahead.
